Vehicle Reservation Terms & Conditions

Vehicle Reservation Deposit

To reserve a vehicle, a reservation deposit is required. A vehicle will only be removed from sale once the deposit has been received and confirmed.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All vehicle reservation deposits are non-refundable.

By paying a reservation deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The deposit secures the vehicle exclusively for you.

• The vehicle will be removed from sale and other prospective buyers may be turned away.

• If you decide not to proceed with the purchase for any reason, including a change of mind, inability to obtain finance, failure to collect the vehicle within the agreed timescale, or any other reason not attributable to us, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the vehicle is released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation by the Dealership

If we are unable to complete the sale due to circumstances within our control, or if the vehicle becomes unavailable through no fault of the customer, any reservation deposit paid will be refunded in full.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
